FRENCH REINFORCEMENTS SAVOY ACTIVITY CONTROL OF RAILWAYS TRAINS OF RESERVISTS (Reed. Sept. 11, 3 p.m.) NEW YORK, Sept. 10. The Rome correspondent of the New York Times says that the French are rushing reinforcements to the Italian-French border. Material and men are massing throughout the northern Savoy and Mondane sectors. General mobilisation" will take at least a fortnight. The railways are under the command of the military authorities. Passenger trains are packed with reservists, some travelling to tlnee days to reach their regiments. There are large concentrations of men, machine-guns, field guns and small tanks near Chambcry. The Mondane station to-day was packed with Italians and Yugoslavs going home.
