RESERVISTS CALLED UP
RUMANIANS FOR BORDER (Elec. Tel Copyrijjlit—United Press Assn.) (Reed. Sept. 12, 9 a.m.) LONDON, Sept. 11. The Bucharest correspondent of the Daily Mail says that the Rumanian Government has issued a decree calling up about 150,000 reservists. They will be concentrated on the Polish and Hungarian frontiers.
