The Bucharest correspondent of the United Press of America states that lie has just completed a 64-hour journey from Warsaw, during which he saw Tomaszow, a market town of no importance militarily, in a smoking ruin, following an aerial bombardment last Thursday. He says, the Polish army is largely intact, and there is no sign of military demoralisation. The Poles mostly withdrew in ordered units. Neutral military observers declare that the retreat wap a brilliant piece of work and v/as carried out at top speed, considering the difficulty of the terrain.
