ACTION BY RUSSIA (Reed. Sept. 11, 11.30 a.m.) MOSCOW, Sept. 10. Russia continues the strengthening of her western frontier. It is understood that she is requisitioning large quantities of certain supplies, especially sugar. In the meanwhile, the Soviet press attacked “unfriendly actions by England regarding the U.5.5.R.,” asserting that Britain had violated friendly trade relations.
