PANAMA GARRISON
REINFORCEMENT ORDERED
(Reed. SeDt. 11, 10 a.m.) WASHINGTON, Sept. 9. The United States Secretary of War, Mr. H. H. Woodring, has ordered two infantry regiments totalling 2700 men to reinforce the garrison at Panama Canal.
