Carl Anderson, of London, Ontario, a modern Tarzan who built a home in a tree, received a suspended sentence on a vagrancy chax'ge. Anderson was 'arrested after residents, armed with guns, searched for two nights' for a mysterious prowler who frightened women and children as he roamed through back yards at night.
