H. 5.0.8 9 In the only junior game played in Gisborne on Saturday, Celtic had a very easy win over H. 5.0.8., the greens scoring six unconverted tries and a penalty to win by 21 points to nil. The Celts were untroubled to win and gave the losers, for whom McGregor was outstanding, no chance of victory. For the winners, D. McKinley, 11. East, G. Wright (2), J. O’Rourke and H. Read scored tries, Wright also goaling a penalty. The referee was Mr. W. Wilkie.
