YOUNG FARMERS’ CLUBS

OFFER TO GOVERNMENT AID OF ORGANISATION (I’tir Prcsa Association.) PALMERSTON N., this day. At a meeting of the emergency committee at Wellington of the council of the New Zealand Federation of Young Farmers’ Clubs, the Dominion president, Mr. E. W. Barnett advised that he had telegraphed to the Minister of Agriculture, the lion. W. E. Lee Martin, placing the whole ot the resources of the young farmers’ club organisation at the disposal of the Government in the event of the necessity arising during the present crisis. The Minister had replied thanking him and adding that the Government would certainly avail itselt oi the offer should the occasion arise.
