RIOTING IN VIENNA
MAYOR ISSUES WARNING ' (Reed. Sept. 7, 2.30 p.m.) LONDON, Sent. 0. . A message from Vienna states that the Mayor admits that riots by Vienna women and other sporadic breaches of discipline have occurred. He states that the authorities will act ruthlessly against breakers of discipline. A Bucharest message says it is reported that Hungarians at Huszt and other places in Ruthenia demonstrated against Germany because of the general rationing. CASH LOAN TO POLAND (Reed. Sept. 7. 2.10 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. G. The Treasury announces that, in addition to the recent ccdits allowed by England and France, they are granting Poland a cash loan of £8,500,000.
