AMBULANCE UNIT

DUCHESS MAY fOIN VILLA USED BY, CHILDREN (Reed. Sept. 8, 11 a.m.) NEW YORK, Sept. 7. The New York Post says that the noted singer. Grace Moore arrived by the liner Manhatten with an ambulance unit, of which her husband Mr. Perara, is a member. Miss Moore said that she would not be surprised to see the Duchess of Windsor join the same unit after the Duke of Windsor had been called for war service. The Duke and Duchess of Windsor are housing 300 children of war workers in their Riviera villa. A message from Cannes states that the Duke and Duchess of Windsor are going to London on Friday. The spokesman said that they originally intended returning last Saturday, but were unable to fly and since then have been seeking transportation. j
