TREATY SIGNED
POLES AND FRENCH (Reed. Sept. 7, 10.30 a.m.) PARIS, Sept. 6. The Franco-Polish Treaty, which is similar to the Anglo-Polish Treaty signed on September 4, has been signed. The treaty contains one clause, which stipulates that neither party shall contract an armistice or a peace treaty without the other’s consent.
