AMERICAN PHYSICIST MINISTER’S GREETING (P«r PresN Association. I WELLINGTON, this day. An official welcome was tendered at Parliament Buildings this morning to Dr. R. A. Millikan, the distinguished American physicist, who is visiting New Zealand in the course of an investigation into the problem of cosmic rays. The Minister in charge of the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research, the Hon. D. G. Sullivan, officially welcomed Dr. Millikan, the welcome toeing endorsed toy the Leader of the Opposition, the Hon. Adam Hamilton.
