WELFARE ORGANISATION POSSIBLE STATE USE (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. A suggestion that a network of committees organised throughout the Dominion under the Physical Welfare and Recreation Act be given, the responsibility of patriotic and kindred committees at this time of national imergency has been made to the Minister of Internal Affairs, the Hon. W. E Parry. The Minister stated that the organisation built up was now sufficiently implete to be able to take immediate action throughout the Dominion on he 1 Isies' suggested, and the question of utilising these committees in the way suggested would be brought before the national council at its next meeting.
