ISSUE OF PERMITS NO TIME LIMIT FIXED The chief postmaster at Gisborne, Mr. A. M. Robertson, staled to-day in response to an inquiry that no time limit would apply to applications for petrol permits by private motorists. Permits will be available at any time in the future when the motor registration department is open. 1
