POLICE ARREST GERMAN
SHOOTING AT TIENTSIN (Reed. Sept. 5,,2 p.m.) TIENTSIN, Sept. 4. The British Concession police arrested a German accused hi firing on a British patrol. A group of local members of the British defence force stormed and broke up the German Tennis Club.
