WARNING FROM MOSCOW
BRITAIN AND FRANCE .EFFECTS OF INTERVENTION (Reed. Sept. .4, 9 a.m.) NEW YORK, Sept. 3. The Berlin correspondent of the New York Times says that according to well informed circles in Berlin, the Moscow .Government notified England and France that if they intervene in the conflict, the Soviet will he compelled to revise her western borders.
