DEPARTURE OF ENVOYS POLISH AND GERMAN (Elec. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Reed. Sept. 4, 9 a.m.) WARSAW, Sept. 2. Th e Polish' Government handed the German Charge d’Affaires his passport and was requested by the President, M. Moscicki, to leave. According to a report from ihe Berlin correspondent of the Uniled Press of America, the Polish Ambassador, M. Lipski, and the majority of his staff took off in an aeroplane for Warsaw, via. Sweden. It was understood that the staff of the German Embassy at Warsaw was en route home. The Germans declare that this terminates relations 'between Germany and Poland.
