TERRITORIAL GROUPS AUTHORITY FROM CABINET TRAINED ARTILLERYMEN (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. The Minister of Defence, the Hon. F. Jones, announced shortly after midnight last night that the Cabinet had issued authority to call up the following portions of the Territorial Forces:— Thirteenth Heavy Artillery Group; Eighteenth Anti-Aircraft Group; Fifteenth Heavy Artillery Group; Twenty-second Anti-Aircraft Group and Twenty-third Heavy Battery Group.
