FREEDOM ASSOCIATION (Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND, this day. An assurance that in. the event of war the New Zealand Freedom Association would subordinate fo r the time being, discussions of purely internal significance was telegraphed to the Acting Prime Minister, the Hon. P. Fraser, by the director of the association, Mr. R. M. Algic. The message contains an assurance of loyal, co-operation with the’ Government in measures necessary for • the maintenance of spiritual and democratic ideals m international affairs and the defence of New Zealand and the Empire.
