WIN FOR WELLINGTON SKERRETT CUP TOURNEY (Tor Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. The North Island secondary schools’ soccer tournament was concluded at Wellington on Saturday. Wellington, who won all the games, won the Skerrett Cup from Auckland, who were runners-up. Results;—Taranaki 5. Manawatu, 3; Wanganui 5, Hawke’s Bay nil; Wellington 2, Auckland nil. The final positions of the teams were:—Wellington 10, Auckland 8, Wanganui 6, Hawke's Bay 4, Taranaki 2, Manawatu nil.
