The weather was fine and the going good for the concluding day of the Taranaki and Egmont-Wanganui Hunt Club’s meeting on Saturday. The attendance was large. The totalisator handled £20,441 for eight races, an increase of £4395 over last year, when seven races were held. The total for the meeting was £34,543, and increase of £7437 10s.
