The Berlin correspondent of the American United Press says that a military mission of five high officers of the Soviet Army arrived by plane lrom Moscow, via Sweden. The under-secretary of Stale greeted them. They travelled by motor through the streets to the chancellery, where crowds saluted and 'Tleiled." The Moscow cnrresppndc-nt of the Associated Press of America, says, that ihe Soviet has relieved of hi; duties the Ambassador to Germany. M. MerkalotF; who negotiated the Non-aggression Pact. ,M. Alexander Sclivtfrzev has been appointed to succeed him. A report from' Moscow states that M. Schvarzev, is believed to be a comparatively obscure official.
