MARTIAL LAW IN FORCE ITALIAN TROOPS RETIRING CAIRO, Sept. 2. A general mobilisation has been ordered in Egypt where martial law. has been proclaimed. A report from Alexandria says that the highest Egyptian sources st/.e that Italian troops are moving back from the frontiers.
