Advice has been received by Mr. and Mrs. A. Stoneham, Domett street, that their son, Dri Garth Stoneham, has been appointed consultant obstetrician and gynaecologist to the Barrow-on-Furness Hospital, England, and is to take up his new duties in October. Dr. Stoneham at present is obstetrician and gynaecologist to the Park Hospital, Dal'eyhulme, Manchester.
