JUVENILE BANDITS
HALIFAX, N.S., July 24. Juvenile bandits have started a new “racket” here—“keynapping”—it was disclosed to-day. They. go about looking for housekeys, steal them and leave ransom notes for the owners. In the daytime, they prowl around the downtown area and take keys left in the switches by car drivers, many of whom have been caught for overtime parking ns a result.
