In the Supreme Court to-day a claim for £BOO damages' as- a result of the burning of -a baby by a hot water bottle in the Grey Hospital, was settled on the basis of £390 damages. The plaintiffs were Mr. and Mrs. G. A. P. Ferguson, and- -the defendants the Grey Hospital Board.
