CONDITIONS OF HITLER parleys in Berlin SURRENDER OP DANZIG PRELUMINARY ESSENTIAL (Reed. Sept. 1,2 p.m.) WARSAW, Aug. 31. The Polish spokesman said that Poland refused: to send a mission to Berlin to talk to 'Herr Hitler.
The spokesman, re-emphasised Poland’s determination to keep Danzig and the Polish Corridor. He added that Herr Hitler insisted on Poland yielding Danzig and. the Corridor as a preliminary to negotiations.
