SATISFACTORY TO TURKS
MILITARY CONTACTS BRITAIN AND FRANCE (Reed. Aug. 30, 2.15 p.m.) ISTANBUL, Aug. 29. General Orbay, the head of the Turkish military mission, states that the talks with all British and French quarters were satisfactory and resulted in a complete understanding.
All German ships in the vicinity are reported to 'have been ordered to put in to Russian Black Sea ports.
