IRISH BARONET’S ESTATE

ALBURY, Aug. 16. After having lived in poverty for years, Mrs. Anna Pauline Egan, a dole recipient, who occupies a two-roomed house on Albury Common with her husband, John Egan, has received information that she has been left an estate, of £BOOO by her uncle, the late Sir Lionel Harty, Bart., of County Dublin, Ireland. Sir Lionel Harty was the last male member of a family of which Mrs. Egan is the sole descendant.

Mrs. Egan, who was born in Dublin, came to Australia 30 years ago, and for the past 10 years has been living in Albury., Her husband, whom she married a few years ago, is an invalid pensioner.
