(Reed. Aug. 28, 9 a.m.) LONDON, Aug. 26
A violent explosion badly damaged the front of the Blackpool Town Hall. Two unexploded bombs previously had been found nearby.
LONDON OUTRAGES (R'ecd. Aug. 28, 11 a.m.) LONDON, Aug. 27. Two I.R.A. ’bomb explosions occurred in the city at midnight. A man was arrested.
