' Port Hobart, for Homeward loading, September 24. COASTAL TRADE The Pakura, from Lyttelton and Wellington, made Gisborne her first port- of call this week, arriving here at 11 pan. yesterday. The ship sails to-night for Napier, thence Waikokopu and Wellington. The vessel loads .at Wellington on Friday and Saturday for Napier and Gisborne. The Pukeko loads at Portland today and at Auckland to-morrow for Coast bays, Gisborne and Napier, discharging here on Thursday. The Margaret W. arrived l at Auckland at 1.25 n.m. yesterday from Gisborne and loads to-day and to-mor-row for Tokomaru Bay, Tolaga Bay and uif'boiae. The. ship arrives at Gisborne on Thursday. The Wainui leaves Bluff to-day' for Dunedin. Oamaru, Timaru, Lyttelton and Wellington. The ship completes loading at Wellington on Saturday for Gisborne and Napier, and is expected to discharge here on September 4. HOMEWARD LOADINGS Gisborne Roadstead
Maimoa (Shaw, Savill; agents, Common, Shelton and Company), from New Plymouth, loads meat and dairy produce at Gisborne September 13-14 for London and west coast ports of the United Kingdom. Leaves Auckland on September 21 for London, via Panama and Kingston. Port Hobart (Port Line; agents, Gisborne Shcepfarmers), from Napier, loads meat, butter and general cargo at Gisborne, September 24 —2G. Leaves Auckland October 3 for London, Avonmouth, Liverpool and Glasgow, via Cape Horn. Tokomaru Bay Roadstead
Tongariro (New Zealand Shipping Company) is expected to recommence loading operations at Tokomaru Bay at 1 p.m. to-day. the wharf having been unworkable since Friday last on account of lh e heavy swell. The vessel has meat and general cargo to load for London and West Coast ports of Britain and on completion late to-morrow will sail for Auckland. CARGO FROM AUSTRALIA The Karitane, with coal an c i general cargo from Newcastle and Sydney, is due at Napier on Thursday and at Gisborne next Monday. REMUERA REPORTS The New Zealand Shipping Company's liner Remuera, from London, via Panama, cleared Suva on Wednesday morning .for Wellington and a radio message received from the ship since l indicates that the liner is due at Wellington at .midnight on August 27.
