TURN TO ISOLATION NAZIS BEATEN IN CHINA (Reed. Aug. 28, 11 a.m.) LONDON, Aug. 27. A message .from Tokio states 1 that the Japanese Army has formally approved of Japan’s denouncement of the Rome-Berlin Axis ;n favour of isolation.
A Tientsin message state's that Japanese sentries are reported to have beaten several Germans. Nazi flags ir» the concession were lowered. The 1 Tientsin correspondent of the Exchange Telegraph Agency reports that Germans are evacuating Tientsin for an unknown destinaubn.
