The directors recommended a final dividen'id of 5 per cent for the half-year on cumulative preference share:;, making 10 per cent for the year, and' a final dividend Of 31 per cent on ordinary shares, making 7 per cent, for the year ended June 30. Barnett Glass Rubber announce a net profit for the year, subject to the final audit, of £87,207, and recommend a final dividend of 0 per cent for the half-year on cumulative preference shares, making 10 per cent for the year, and a final dividend of 81 per cent on , ordinary shares, making 12 per cent for the year ended, June 30. The dividend, if approved, will be paid on September 30.
