GETTING OUT OF HAND MAGISTRATE’S COMMENT (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. Mr. J. H. Luxford S.M., in the Police Court yesterday in dealing with a charge of selling liquor out of hours, said that there was no doubt the sale of liquor in licensed premises in Wellington was getting out of hand.
