BANKRUPTCY ORDER
NON-PAYMENT OF TAXES
MANAGER ADJUDICATED (Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND, this day. On behalf of the Commissioner of Taxes, an application was made in the Supreme Court yesterday that Edward Valentine Owen, a company manager, Ho wick, be adjudicated a bankrupt for the non-payment of taxes. There was no appearance of the judgment debtor. Mr. Justice Failmade an order accordingly.
