FREEZERS’ DEMAND
BOYCOTT OF, HOTELS
(Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND, this day.
A decision not to patronise the hotels as long as higher beer prices ruled, was made ! at a meeting of freezing works’ employees at Westfleld. The resolution was as follows. “That we refuse to patronise hotels •until the publicans revert to selling an Imperial pint at a price within the reach of the ordinary worker, also that all freezing workers be informed of our decision and that mil affiliations be likewise informed.
