CHARGE 20 YEARS OLD WOMAN’S PLOT DISCLOSED (Reed. Aug. 21, 0 a.m.) HOLLYWOOD, Aug. 18. William S. Hart, a western star of the silent movies, has been vindicated on a 20-year-old charge that he was the father of an illegitimate child It was revealed 'to-day that the boy said his mother adopted him and brought him to California in 1919 to confront Hart. The court ordered the .£2650 trust fund to be returned to Hart.
