A motion was passed at a meeting of the management committee of the Wairoa County Rugby Sub-Union last evening congratulating the patron of the Hawke’s Bay Union, Mr. G. A. Maddison, on being elected one of the two delegates to represent New Zealand at the Imperial Rugby conference in London. —Special. Mr. E. H. Baker was re-elected chairman of directors of the Okitu Co-operative Dairy Compaip’. Limited, at a meeting of the directorate held after the annual meeting of shareholders yesterday. In expressing thanks to the directors on his reelection, Mr. Baker expressed appreciation of the unstinted co-operation his fellow-directors had given him throughout the past year.
