Pleading not guilty in. the Police Court to-day to a charge of indecently assaulting a female, Charles James Devine, aged 35, a single man, was committed to the Supreme Court at Palmerston North for trial. Bail was allowed iin the sum of £IOO. wi-th one surety of £IOO.
