(Reed. Aug. 14, 2.20 p.m.) LONDON, Aug. 13,
The Burgos representative of the Associated Press of Great Britain says that 2700 provisional officers of the Spanish civil war and 100 naval students have been sent to academies for training under civil war generals. They are to form the nucleus of a large number of technicians who will be trained thoroughly in the various branches of defence.
