TRAGEDY IN BRAZIL TWO ONLY RESCUED (Elec. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn ) (Rccd. August 14, 3 p.m.) RIO DE JANEIRO, August 13. A twin-engined Pan American fly-ing-boat, enroute to Buenos Aires from Miami, burst into flames and sank in the harbour, killing 14 of the 16 persons aboard.
