YUGOSLAV NEUTRALITY
INDICATION TO ITALY (Reed, Aug. 11, 9 a.m.) BELGRADE, Aug. 10. The Government of Yugoslavia has ordered a speeding up of the fortifications on the German frontier. The Prime Minister left for Italy by air tdrday to inform the Italian Government of Yugoslavia’s neutrality.
