NEW DUTCH CABINET (Reed. Aug. 11, 9 a.m,) AMSTERDAM, August 9. For the first time in the history of Holland Socialists to-da.v achieved Cabinet rank as the result of the inclusion of M. Van Dcr Tempel as Minister of Social Affairs, and M. J. W. Albarda as Minister of Waterways in the new Ministry which is headed by Dr. Kirk Jan de Geer who was the Prime Minister from 1926 to 1929 and who is' the' leader of - the Christian Traditionalist Party.
