HEALTH CAMP FUNDS

Children’s health camp funds had sustained two sets-back recently, said Dr. 11. E. Gibbs, addressing the Wellington Rotary Club. The first was caused by the campaign for the King George V fund, and the second by the social security legislation. A number of people had got it into their heads that when this legislation became operative, the Government was to take over the control of all such movements.
