VERDICT GIVEN ON POINTS
"KING KONG" COX WINS BOUT WITH KIRGHMEYER (Per Pres* Association.) HASTINGS, this day. In a mediocre bout "King Kong" Cox defeated Rollend Kirchmeyer in a professional wrestling match at Hastings last night. 'Kirchmeyer secured a fall in the third Vourid and Cox equalised in the seventh. Cox secured a points, lead in the" closing stages of the bout, which resulted in his being declared the winner. Cox resorted to the usual "bad man" tactics, eye gouging, kicking, punching, and biting, but'had many supporters in the audience.
