In ithe final of the Australian women's open golf championship yesterday, Miss Joan Lewis, of Victoria, defeated' iMisisi Barbara Crago, of New South Wales, 2 up an 1, after a thrilling match in which Miss Lewis held a sliglut advantage throughout. P.B. LADIES' GOLF CLUB The following is the draw for the L.G.U. Medal round to be played by members of the Poverty Bay Ladies' Golf Club at the Awapuni links on Saturday morning:— 8.45 a.m., Misses Campbell and Baty; 8.50 a.m., Misses Armstrong and McDiarmid: 8.55 a.m., Misses Emmerson and Hare; 9.0 a.m., Misses Hawkins and McCarthy, Miss Mead and partner.
