MISSION TO MOSCOW
BRITISH AND FRENCH (British Official Wireless.) Reed. 9 a.m. RUGBY, Aug. 8. The French and British military missions left Tilbury this afternoon in a specially-chartered steamship for Leningrad, whence they are to proceed by train to Moscow.
