NEW FEDERAL DOMINION
PLAN FOR WEST INDIES five separate states (.Reed. Aug. 7, 11 a.m.) LONDON, Aug. G. The 'News-Chronicle’s correspondent at Port of Spain says that a plan to create a self-governing Federal Dominion of the British West Indies will foe put to the Government when the Lord 'Moynes commission makes its report. The scheme embodies a federation on 'the Australian' model with five separate States, firstly Trinidad and Tobago; secondly, Jamaica, with'Caicos and Turks Island; thirdly, Windward Islands; fourthly, Leeward Islands; fifthly, .the Bahamas. : ■
