AIR DEFENCE “BLACK-OUT”
(British Official Wirolnss.) Reed. 9 a.m. RUGBY, August 5. In view of official demands upon the telephone and telegraph services and the inevitable difficulties involved in the efforts of the postal services to comply with the “blackout” during this week’s air exercises over the southern half of England. the Post Office issued a warning of the possible delays in ail services affected.
