(Herald Correspondent.) The Nuhaka Gardening Circle met recently at the residence of Mrs. W. Houston, the attendance being small owing to the very wet day. Gardening operations for the coming month were discussed and views exchanged. Nurse Grant, who is leaving the district shortly, was presented with a pretty posey.

Tlie Nuhaka Co-operative Dairy Company has resumed manufacturing cheese.
